What is ‘Spark Moment’?

Keeping the Spark invites you and your guests to experience ‘Spark Moment’ pack that has been carefully crafted to ignite a moment of joy and wonder in your guests' stay.

Its thoughtful inclusions allow you to effortlessly stand out as a beautiful accommodation provider and offer a personalised, warm-hearted alternative or unique add-on to your current inclusions.

What is included in the ‘Spark Moment’ pack?

‘Spark Moment’ pack inclusions:

Song playlist - for your guests to take a trip down Memory Lane together.

Ten conversation cards - for your guests to learn something new or reignite old memories that will ensure they’re laughing and connected for moments to come.

Quote card - a sweet keepsake to inspire and remind them of their time staying with you.

Belgian Chocolate treats - because who doesn’t love a delicious, handmade chocolate treat! (chocolates are made in Australia using the finest Belgian Callebaut Chocolate)

OPTIONAL - ‘Welcome’ guest card from you to your guest for a more personalised welcome.

What is the price of a ‘Spark Moment’ pack?

Our ‘Spark Moment’ packs are $8.95 each.

Packs can be purchased in 5, 10 and 20 pack Bundle options or send an enquiry to hello@keepingthespark.com.au for Custom Order requests.

What is the Subscription option?

All Bundle packs can also be ordered under Subscription - enjoy receiving your preferred Bundle pack on either a monthly or 3 month subscription cycle option.

How can I cancel my Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Please note once debited for your subscribed cycle, that order will not be refundable and will be delivered to you accordingly. Cancellation will take effect for any scheduled orders there-after.

To cancel your subscription, you can login to your Customer account and cancel via the Subscription panel.

Can I change the cycle of my subscription?

To change your subscription cycle, you will need to cancel the existing subscription and subscribe to the new preferred subscription cycle.

Can I change the Bundle option of my Subscription?

To change the Bundle option (Bundle options are 5 pack / 10 pack / 20 pack) you will need to cancel the current subscription and subscribe to the relevant Bundle preference.

What happens if my Subscription payment doesn’t go through?

You will receive an automated email advising your payment has failed. We will attempt to debit the payment again after 5 days and then for a final time 5 days after that. If the payment fails for a third time, the subscription will then be cancelled.

Note: Delivery will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.

Where can I update my payment method?

Login to your Customer account and change your payment method via the Subscription panel.

Our ‘Spark Moment’ packs have been carefully curated with connection and joy in mind and heart. They allow for moments to laugh, explore and ignite the spark, enhancing your guests' stay and providing an immersive trip down Memory Lane, something that they will be reflecting back on long after their stay.

They are ideal for couples and are also lovely for friends or group stays and for all genders. ‘Spark Moment’ can be beautifully placed in guest rooms upon arrival, or make it the perfect surprise for room upgrades or special events. It will be an ever-so-welcome surprise for your guests and a thoughtful yet effortless gesture on your end.

How can I present Spark Moment packs to our guests?

There are many ways to display Spark Moment packs in your guest rooms. Whether on the bedside table, or the traditional pillow, have fun and personalise based on what suits your guest room layout.

Can I customise the theme? And/or what’s in the ‘Spark Moment’ pack?

Our ‘Spark Moment’ pack cannot be customised as we have carefully curated its theme and inclusions to suit a diverse range of guests and for you to effortlessly, and thoughtfully welcome them with.

We have specifically designed our ‘Spark Moment’ packs with the theme Memory Lane for our accommodation offer as it aligns with nostalgia and the recollecting of beautiful, previous moments.

From couples to friends, ‘Spark Moment’ will ignite moments of connection within their stay with you that will leave them joyfully reminiscing long after.

Will there be other ‘Spark Moment’ themes available for purchase?

Yes, we will be curating different themes exclusive to Accommodation providers. New themes will be communicated once available to order.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept card payment and Afterpay payment options.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is capped for all orders to $8.95 per order.
